Pay by Invoice

You’ll receive an order confirmation after your order. Please transfer the order amount to our bank account within 14 days. You’ll receive an invoice once we receive your payment.

Pay via:

  • Wise²
  • Payment via money transfer service providers such as Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria Money Transfer, etc.
  • Bank transfer (SWIFT)

² Pix: If you have a Wise and a Pix account, you can send balance from Pix to Wise and then pay your membership via Wise.

Processing Time

For the fastest activation of you workforce pool membership and automatic invoicing, please use our online checkout (cards/UPI/wallets via [placeholder] or card/PayPal via Stripe/WooPayments). Off-channel remittances (e.g., Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, or bank transfer – SWIFT) are available as a fallback only and do not provide immediate participation in our workforce pool. Off-channel payments are manually allocated after funds are received and matched to your order; please allow 7-10 days. The order number must be stated as the payment reference; without a clear reference, processing is delayed until we receive payment proof (receipt/UTR) at service@job-join.de. We accept off-channel funds received within 14 days of the order confirmation; late receipts may be cancelled and refunded minus bank fees. Refunds for off-channel payments are made only to SWIFT-receivable bank accounts (unless an error lies with Job Join UG).

Details

A: Credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. Pay directly online - simple and fast.

Through our payment processor Stripe, we offer you the option to pay for your participation online immediately, so you will be listed in the Workforce Pool within minutes. When ordering, select the relevant payment method (credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal) and follow Stripe’s instructions to complete the payment. Payment usually takes only a few seconds, and after successful payment you will immediately receive the order confirmation from us by e-mail. As a rule, you will also automatically receive the invoice as proof of payment and confirmation of participation within a few minutes via our system. The membership is active and you do not need to do anything else. Payment duration: usually a few seconds.

I am not paying myself: If you do not have an online payment method yourself but friends or family are making the payment for you, in most cases they must approve the payment directly. It is therefore advisable that you are together for the payment or coordinate by phone, because the payment must be approved immediately. IMPORTANT: During the payment process/checkout in the shop, you must enter the card holder’s name and address under Billing Address, but your own email address (the one you created your account with) and phone number. You then need to complete one more important step after you complete your order to ensure that your workforce pool membership is in your name: Go to My Account -> Dashboard -> Account Details: Enter your name in the First Name and Last Name fields. This ensures that the listing is in your name.

B: Payment via Wise (formerly TransferWise)

To pay via Wise, choose “Pay by Invoice.” You need your own Wise account. In Wise, you can also store various personal wallets as a funding source. Then make the payment in your Wise account to our Wise account. You will find our Wise account details on your order confirmation.   You must cover any transfer fees.
Important: In the payment reference, enter only the order number and your name (first and last name exactly as on your order confirmation).
Payment duration:
usually a few minutes up to two days (however, sending the invoice/confirmation of participation may take up to 5 days, because payments from Wise are posted in our system only once per day and Monday to Friday only).

I am not paying myself: If you do not have a Wise account yourself, but friends or family are making the Wise payment for you, please make sure they also enter the order number and your name in the reference (first and last name exactly as on your order confirmation). Registration in the Workforce Pool will then, of course, be in your name and with your data (this is independent of whether the payment was made by another person).

C: Payment via money transfer service providers such as Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria Money Transfer, etc.

To pay via a money transfer provider, choose “Pay by Invoice.” Money transfer providers offer different variants. The most common is that you go to a counter on site with your ID/passport and our order confirmation, and have the transfer to our German bank account carried out there by the staff. If you use an app from a money transfer service provider, you can also pay directly via the app. You will find our bank details for the transfer on your order confirmation. Please note that you must cover all fees in full.

Payment duration:
usually 2–3 business days (however, sending the invoice/confirmation of participation may take up to 6 days, because we post bank transfers in our system only once per day and Monday to Friday only).

D: Bank transfer (SWIFT)

To pay by bank transfer, choose “Pay by Invoice.” A standard international transfer (SWIFT) can, in many cases, be made online in your online banking. In some cases, the bank may need to activate the function first. Alternatively, go to your bank branch with your ID/passport and our order confirmation and have the staff carry out the transfer to our German bank account at the counter. You will find our bank details for the transfer on your order confirmation. Please note that you must cover all fees in full. If asked about fee sharing, select “OUR”.
