Job Join is an innovative start-up from Germany offering a new method of job placement for professionals in Europe. We combine the services of a job recruiting agency with the power of a large network of employers and European and local employment and visa agencies. We want to offer a large number of job seekers the chance of a fair job in Europe - in some cases without any upfront costs (visas, residence and work permits) apart from our low and affordable registration fee.

Basic: The cost-effective option for companies that already have experience recruiting skilled workers from abroad or have partners who handle the entire process for them. Fast access to a large number of applicant profiles, and with filtering you can quickly find candidates with the decisive skills. Direct access to job seekers’ contact details so you can send job offers immediately.
Premium: The all-inclusive package for you as an employer and your preferred candidate. As with Basic, you use filters to find exactly the candidate you need and send them a job offer—and if the job seeker wants to accept, we take care of the rest. Job Join handles the entire organization and covers all costs for work and residence permits, recognition of educational qualifications, and the visa application.

- You are far more attractive to job seekers. This gives you the best choice of candidates, and you can be quite confident that every fair job offer will be accepted by your preferred candidate right away.
- No cost risk, no admin, no hassle—plannable and fair thanks to a credit system.
- To make onboarding even easier for you and your candidate, Job Join may even cover the travel costs of your new employee and sponsor the often expensive onboarding period in individual cases for Premium memberships.
Our capacities are not unlimited. That's why we only allocate a certain number of places in our workforce pool and sporadically close admission to the pool every couple of weeks. This quota is based on the needs of the companies, our capacities and those of our cooperation partners. In this way, we ensure that not too many applicants are listed and that employers do not lose track. In Germany, we say ‘You can't see the wood for the trees.’
For registered employers and employment agencies, nothing will change during the workforce pool's closure. You will have the usual access to all listed applicant profiles without any restrictions.
